The Liberty Stadium Business Show 2009

Thursday September 17th 2009 saw the Liberty Stadium host its second business show, now
regarded as Swansea’s Premier Business Event.

THE business event for South West Wales in 2009 saw the show attract over 400 delegates throughout the day attracted by: -

• Almost sixty unique and diverse exhibitors
• Six thought provoking Seminars
• Four amazing guest speakers delivering inspirational presentations at the shows theatre
• An executive business breakfast featuring guest speaker The Right Honorable Peter Hain MP, Welsh Secretary

Seminars on the day were delivered by: -

• Alan Doyle on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government

The Executive Business Breakfast saw in excess of 100 guests enjoy breakfast followed by an inspiring speach from Peter Hain MP, Welsh Secretary.

The show also housed its first Business Show theatre which featured awe inspiring presentations delivered by: -

• Lara Johnson – Welsh Woman of the Year
• Simon J Gibson – Chief Executive, Wesley Clover Corporation
• Tim McCaffrey – Chief Executive, The Lead Project

The event concluded with a fun speed networking event with participants enjoying a champagne drinks reception on arrival accompanied by canapé’s. Over 30 guests were present and were given the opportunity in engaging in some serious networking and most guests left clutching business cards from new found business opportunities.
