The Liberty Stadium’s Swansea Suites, Swansea’s largest conference suite will once again play host to our Business Show Exhibition. With over 60 exhibitors due to be present, this will prove to be an ideal place to source products and services, garner information to assist with business prospects and to network with like-minded individuals from across Wales.

The exhibition will be THE Business event of 2009 and undoubtedly something that every business minded individual in Wales will simply not be able to afford to miss!

• The exhibition will take place in Swansea Suites 1-3 (Level 2) and host over 60 exhibitors throughout the available space

• An internet café and a business competition area will also be found in this area
• Please note that there is Wi-Fi available throughout the exhibition hall
  

Exhibition Timetable

• Strict security procedures will be enforced during the build-up and break-down of the event. If directed to a loading dock, you are requested to unload your stand equipment and remove your vehicle to a parking space as soon as possible, to assist other exhibitors

• The delivery and movement of goods is strictly prohibited during the event times stated above for reasons of safety

• No contractors will be allowed to access the site prior to the times stated above to remove stand items
• Each stand space will be checked once vacated for damage. Please ensure you report any damage prior to departure. All damage changes will be passed back to the exhibitor
• Please note that during set-up and especially break-down, the site will be busy so your patience will be appreciated and will ease your speedy departure from the site

• Hire Charge: Table plus 2 chairs - £5 + VAT
• Hire Charge: Electric point - £30 + VAT
• Hire Charge: Broadband Connection - £35 + VAT

Stand Catering

The Liberty Stadium is able to offer a full range of stand catering options. Please note that the terms and conditions of your booking state that no food or beverages may be brought into the event from an external source. Should you require or be interested in additional catering options then please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that our Cyber café will be open at all times offering a wide range of food, snacks and beverages.

Exhibition Stands & Pods

Standard Exhibition stand - £550 plus VAT

All stands are 3m x 2m spaces which feature flocked rear and side screens. Included within the price is this screening and the applicable sign for your stand.

Extras:

• Trestle table and 2 chairs - £5 plus VAT
• Electricity Point - £30 plus VAT
• Dedicated Broadband - £35 plus VAT

Standard Exhibition Pod - £250 plus VAT

All pods are approximately 2m x 2m spaces without screening, electricity or broadband. Price includes space, poser table, 2 bar stools and applicable sign for your space.
