The stadium's catering operation incorporates an extremely successful non match day conference and events business managed and operated by Facilities Management Catering (FMC). Formed in 1999, FMC has won an impressive range of catering contracts, from The Championships at Wimbledon, Chelsea Football Club, The King Power Stadium, The Kia Oval, Harlequins RFC as well as a range of outdoor events including the Six Nations rugby at Twickenham as well as The Davis Cup.

Andrew Heard has been a valuable member of the stadiums kitchen team since it opened in 2005 and has subsequently climbed the ladder up to the role of head chef.
Andrew has worked for numerous catering operations throughout his career serving his apprenticeship at the Dolphin Hotel, Swansea working there for six years during its prime. Following this he gained a wealth of experience at the Brassiere in Swansea’s Wind Street. Andrew has also worked in prestigious establishments in Devon; the First & Last Pub, Cedars Lodge and the Saunton Sands Hotel.
He brings with him a wealth of cooking experience and works hard alongside the management team in ensuring that the food we serve is second-to-none and describes his food as Welsh, with a modern twist.
The facilities at the Liberty Stadium are great; parking is plentiful, the catering is of a very high quality and the conference rooms are modern and comfortable. We will certainly return to the Liberty Stadium for future events.
