The conference and events are managed and operated by Facilities Management Catering (FMC). Formed in 1999, FMC has won an impressive range of catering contracts, from The Championships at Wimbledon, Southampton Football Club, Chelsea Football Club, and a range of outdoor events including the Six Nations rugby at Twickenham and Test cricket at The Oval.

The conference and events team have a philosophy of offering a bespoke service to all of our clients. It is this personal service that sets us apart from other venues and allows us to build the kind of relationships with our clients which is why they come back again and again.

Our commitment to catering at the stadium extends from all catering on a match day - concourse and hospitality to all non-match day events. Our team is committed to providing the highest quality of food and produce, staff and service.

Many thanks for your help and assistance with the above ceremony. The general consensus was that this year’s event was the best event. The venue came in for high praise as did the standard of catering.
