We look forward to welcoming you to the Liberty Stadium.  We ask for your co-operation and request you abide by the following guidelines designed to assist you:
 
DO's:
  • Do keep your ticket with you at all times
  • Do be in your seat in good time prior to the commencement of the concert
  • Do allow ample time to take advantage of the toilet facilities
  • Do bring weatherproof clothing
  • Do put any rubbish in the bins provided for you
  • Do look for official vendors and concessions stalls
  • Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the ground offering inferior goods
  • Do allow ample time for your journey as this may coincide with rush hour traffic
DON'Ts:
  • Do not bring bottles, cans, containers, alcohol or food in to the Stadium
  • Do not arrive with any form of audio or visual recording equipment
  • Do not put up umbrellas during the concert performance
  • Do not leave valuables on display in your vehicle
  • Do not smoke within the Stadium

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Getting there by car
A comprehensive signage package will be in place in advance of the concert informing concert-goers of the location of Stadium parking facilities.  Vehicle message signs on the M4 will direct concert-goers to the relevant motorway exits.
 

 
Car Parking Sites
 
Swansea Vale Park and Ride (opens 1400hrs, closes 1.5 hours after conclusion of the concert)
This is the main Stadium car park facility and is serviced by main roads off junction 45 of the M4.  There are in excess of 700 spaces available and is used by the Stadium as its matchday Park and Ride facility.  Concert-goers can access the facility by exiting at Junction 45, following signs for the A4067 (South) and thereafter following the signs for Stadium Park and Ride.  Once parked, a frequent shuttle bus service will operate to and from the Stadium.  A charge of £10 per vehicle will apply.
 
Landore Park and Ride site (opens 1400hrs, closes 1.5 hours after conclusion of the concert)
This car park operates as a park and walk facility and is within a five minute walk of the Stadium and there are in excess of 700 spaces available.  Concert-goers leaving the M4 at junction 42 should follow the signs for the Stadium and then the Landore Park and Ride site.  A charge of £5 per vehicle will apply.
 
Makro Car Park (overspill only) (opens 1400hrs, closes 1.5 hours after conclusion of the concert)
Once Landore Park and Ride is full, concert-goers will be directed to the Makro overspill car park.  There are approximately 400 spaces available and all spaces are on hard standing.  A charge of £5 per vehicle will apply.
 
Cwm Level Playing Fields (opens 1400hrs, closes 1.5 hours after conclusion of the concert)
This is the only car park site available on the West side of the Stadium and is accessed via Cwm Level Road.  This area can hold approximately 1000 cars.  Concert-goers leaving the M4 at junction 45 should follow the A4067 to the second roundabout and take the third exit onto Cwm Level Road.  The car park is on the left hand side and a charge of £5 per vehicle will apply.
 
Getting there by bus
Bus services operate from the Quadrant Bus Station in Swansea City Centre, 2 miles from the Stadium.  Concert-goers are reminded that this concert will be on a Sunday evening and should check with the operator (First Cymru: 0871 200 2233 or www.firstgroup.com) for details of the timetable.
 
Getting there by train
The nearest railway station to the Stadium is Swansea High Street which is approximately 1.5 miles away.  Concert-goers are reminded that this concert is on a Sunday evening and they should check with the operator (Arriva Trains: 0845 6060 6600 or www.arrivatrainswales.co.uk) for details of the timetable.
 
Road Closures
A temporary road closure will be necessary at the end of the concert.  Closure of the A4067 dual carriageway opposite the Stadium will take place for at least 20 minutes after the concert (although roads will be reopened as soon as possible, subject to safety considerations).
 
 
Access
Access to the Stadium will commence at 1600hrs
 
Seating
Seats for this performance may be covered or uncovered.  The concert will not be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.  Please bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather conditions.  Umbrellas should not be used within the seating areas.  Please note that there will not be any left luggage facility.
Please be aware that people around you may stand up or move around in order to use facilities within the venue.
 
Latecomers
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance
 
Refreshments
A range of catering, offering a variety of food and drink, and toilet facilities will be available within the Stadium from 1600hrs onwards.
Please note that credit cards will not be accepted and cash machines are not available within the Stadium.
 
First Aid
First Aid points will be clearly signed within the Stadium.
