BY CAR - Park and Rides
From M4 - Swansea Vale Park and Ride. Come off at Junction 45, take the A4067 and follow signs to 'Stadium Park and Ride’.

Disabled Supporters: A drop off/pick up only point is located at the front of the Stadium for disabled supporters.

All disabled parking spaces are sold on a season long basis.

First Great Western and Arriva Trains operate regular services into Swansea’s High Street Station, with frequent bus services to the Stadium. For train times call National Rail Enquiries on 08457 484950 or visit www.nationalrail.co.uk.

Buses from/to Swansea Quadrant Bus Station and Swansea Railway Station:
Services 4, 4A, 120, 122, 125, 132, X20-X25 approximately every 5-10 minutes, daytime Monday to Saturday. Approx every 20 minutes on Sundays.

Buses from/to Morriston:
Services 4, 4A, 120, 122, 125, 132, X20, X21, approximately every 5-10 minutes, daytime Monday to Saturday. Approx every 20 minutes on Sundays.

Buses from/to Pontardawe:
Services 120, 122, 125, 132, X20, X24, X25, every 15 minutes, daytime Monday to Saturday. Service 120 hourly on Sundays.

Buses from/to the Swansea Valley:
(Ammanford, Brynamman, Ystradgynlais and Ystalyfera):
Services X24 & X25 hourly, daytime Monday to Saturday.

(Abercraf, Ystradgynlais and Ystalyfera):
Services 120/X20 hourly, daytime Monday to Saturday. Service 120 hourly from Ystradgynlais and Ystalyfera on Sunday.

Buses from/to Neath, Skewen and Llansamlet:
Service 159 every hour, daytime Monday to Saturday. (Also services 122/132 from Neath via Pontardawe, hourly from Monday to Saturday). Services 158, 159, X5 and X6 provide a combined 15-minute service from Neath to Swansea Quadrant daytime Monday to Saturday. Service 158 hourly on Sundays.

Buses from/to Birchgrove and Llansamlet:
Services 59/59A every hour daytime, Monday to Saturday.

Buses from/to East Swansea:
(Llansamlet, Birchgrove, Trallwn & Bonymaen):
Service 43 every hour, daytime Monday to Saturday.

Buses from Port Talbot to Swansea Quadrant:
Services X1, X3 and 224 (3 per hour) daytime Monday to Saturday.

Buses From Llanelli to Swansea Quadrant:
Fast service X11 every 30 mins daytime Monday to Saturday. X12 and 111 hourly on Sundays. Also services 110-112 via Loughor and Gorseinon every 15 minutes Monday to Saturday.
