Always ahead of our game

Sat proudly in the centre of Swansea, our stadium is more than just a sporting venue: it's an emblem of the city's identity. With a seating capacity of 21,000, we’ve witnessed unforgettable moments and have been the setting for countless events.

Our humble stadium beginnings

Swansea.com Stadium, once known as Liberty Stadium, opened in 2005 to provide a home to Swansea City AFC and Ospreys Rugby whilst giving Swansea a facility to be proud of. Built on the site of the former Morfa Athletics Stadium and playing fields, our stadium has become one of the foremost sporting venues in the country.

As well as hosting two hugely successful sporting teams, we regularly hold international sporting fixtures, numerous sell-out concerts and provide a unique backdrop for thousands of conferences and events every single year.

A winning location

Our stadium is one of the easiest venues to access in Swansea and is perfectly placed for all types of events across the area. Unlike many other central stadium venues, we have hundreds of complimentary car parking spots on-site to make travelling here even easier.
