The Liberty Stadium is the premier venue for conference & events in south west Wales. The stadium is easily accessible from M4 motorway and just 2 miles from Swansea Train Station. Featuring a range of function suites, we can accommodate meetings and dinners for 8 to 600 guests. The stadium boasts over 700 complimentary car parking spaces and Wi-Fi.
The Centenary Suite is the VIP and Directors Lounge and is located on level 1. The lounge boasts plenty of natural daylight and creates a modern contemporary feel to your event.
The Gower Suite is located on level 1 and is the largest suite on the floor. The suite boasts plenty of natural daylight and hold up to a maximum of 270 guests.
The Penderyn Suite is located on level 3 with lots of natural daylight accompanied by a fantastic view across the hallowed turf. The suite has recently been completely refurbished, and decorated to reflect the copper work history of the area.
The Sinclair Suites occupy the stadium's second level and are the ideal space in which to host large events. From annual conferences, exhibitions, weddings and dinners for up to 600 guests, you couldn't hope to find a better space in which to hold your event.
The Morfa Lounge is located on level 1 and is an ideal space to host medium sized conferences and events. Recently refurbished this suite boasts exposed ceilings and a full video wall which is a perfect addition to any event.
The St. Helens Lounge is located on level 1 and is a great room for smaller events, it provides the perfect setting in which to host a team-building event, small meeting or dinner and acts as a great syndicate suite to the larger rooms situated on the floor.
Ideal for smaller events or conferences, the Gnoll lounge regularly plays host to many smaller dinners and luncheons. Having the ability to hold up to 60 guests for a dinner or meeting, the Gnoll lounge is ideal for a smaller event or conference.
The Vetch Field Lounge is located on level 1; it is the perfect setting for a small event for up to 40 guests or as a syndicate space or catering room if required within a larger event taking place in any of the other suites within the venue.
The Cwtch is located just off the stadium's main reception area, this suite is ideal for events which require usage of the car park facilities or concourse within the event. It has the capacity to host up to 50 delegates.
Executive Suites 1-22 are located on level 3 and are consecutively located across the level. These suites are a welcome addition to a larger event or for a small meeting in their own right. Recently refurbished these suites create a modern and sleek meeting space.
The OSTC FX Suite is located on level 3 and is a brand new addition to the impressive portfolio of suites that the stadium already boasts. The suite really does offer a very unique experience for any clients wishing to host a special event.
Please be aware that we are also able to offer hire and subsequent usage of the stadium's vast concourse area as well as our North and West car parks which house 700 parking spaces, with great opportunities for team building and other types of events.
